Harvey and Felix Meek made an almighty impact at the 2nd round of this years Buckmore Park Winter Series on Sunday 21st February. In the soaking rain both boys grided p2 and p3 after qualifying with Senan O’Kane on p14 after missing Saturdays Testing. With a heat win under his belt, Harvey Meek conducted himself like a true racer to take his 1st Honda Cadet Main Final Victory in epic style, Brother Felix battled a great race and fought his way to 2nd possition on the last lap, only to be pushed wide at the 2nd harpin to finish in 4th position at the flag. Senan O’Kane’s times got quicker throughout the day and he battked his way up to a well deserved mid pack after a few offtrack ventures.
After the Final Ambition Motorsports owner Paul Janes commented ”Wow i knew the boys had it in them after the hard work we have all put in, but to pull off these results in the conditions they were faced im delighted and very proud of them.
